Conclusion of Contract, Rescission
The contract becomes valid when the customer – either by mouse-click or by pressing the "enter" key - confirms his/her intent to make a purchase.

German Bible Society reserves the right to withdraw from a contract initiated via the Internet under the following circumstances:

• If a product is anticipated to remain out of stock for a considerable period of time;
  
• If the information provided by the customer, or any of his/her actions in connection with another contract give reason to suspect that the customer will fail to comply with his/her obligations under the terms of this contract.
• All goods delivered remain the property of German Bible Society until full and unconditional payment for the purchases has been received.

Terms and Method of Payment

• Goods will remain the property of German Bible Society until full payment has been received.
• The purchase price is payable net, within 30 days after the date of the invoice. Only credit card payments will be accepted.

Pricing
Except as stated otherwise, the List Price for products displayed on our website represents the full retail price listed either on the product itself, recommended by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice.
